Hiya ^^
We still do intend to do scheduled events in the future. However, due to indvidual playing schedules that is determined by real life, we are all having trouble getting a time set that works for everyone. We are not upset by this, but it does pose a problem of doing end-game content and a scheduled basis. If the ls wants to do a run we are all for it and will try to help, but pelase make sure if you request it or show interest to the mentioned event please follow through.

Xenus and I will start doing random runs comprised of as many LS members as we can get and then shouting for the rest. Please understand the reason for wanting scheduled runs is so we make sure we have members who work as a group and not a random person whom we do not know. We do enjoy helping players outside of the ls and want them to feel welcome as we are all for making new friends beyond our ls. Having said that, there are times when I feel our ls members become negative when we do not do a good job as a linkshell without realizing that you cannot evaluate the run as a LS if it is not 100% of our ls. If that random person is an elitist or just plain mean and tries to boss the party around causing confusion and animosity then we are doomed to fail.

I honestly believe once our linkshell starts doing events comprised of just our ls members we will be great as we work together as a team. I have noticed something great within our LS as I have noticed that we might have a few people giving directions at once to different members while remaining on the same page with the strategy or giving slight tweeks. All LS events I have been in that is comprised of our LS does great and learns from mistakes. Additionally, when we do ls lead events comprised of our ls we will not invite those with whom we feel will bring a bad attitude. Notice I have never mentioned playing style, ability or jobs. We will work as a group to make the run go well. Yes some jobs make things easier, but if the party can adjust accordingly then we will go along ways. People will learn at their own pace so it does us no good to be upset with them as long as they are trying their best. Just because we fail a run does not mean we fail as a team. IT IS A GAME ^^ SO HAVE FUN!!!!!

Anyone who wants to lead events or participate in them can let me know and I will try again to set them up. Though I have gotten the impression many people just want to level up more jobs right now and do not feel ready. When our ls is ready for engame we will be ready. ^^

If we can find someone that will step up and lead events and can find enough people to do it I will put it on the schedule.

Thank you all for being such a great group of individuals!

I noticed this as well. I am very used to leading other people around, so I have the tendency to constantly shout directions even when it's not needed at times. It's a bad habit of mine that I intend to get out of.

Luckily everyone seems to be cool with it, and as you said we always keep on the same page. Definitely one thing I love about grouping with this LS. :)

I don't mind leading events either if that's okay, atleast for the content I know well. ^^

Thank you Maxi for your kind words and stepping up to help with events. Someitmes we need help explaining things and as long as all are on same page without confusing people it takes presure off of one and spreads it out.
