We want to thank each and every LS member for their time they put into the LS. This is one of the most friendly and helpful LS I have seen in a long time. Yes there are nice linkshells out there other than Social Get Together. The leadership of a linkshell helps influence the direction of a linkshell. The people who make the linkshell great are the members themselves. We have so many members who are very helpful and kind to each other. The members of Social Get Together have made this OUR linkshell as we work together to achieve together. This also includes the website and I thank those who help me keep this current.

On a side note - We will be dealing with the inactive members by doing a repearl in the future. We are giving it some more time as we are allowing for breaks of play. More details will be listed on the site under news dealing with that when we get there.

I don't think I've ever had a linkshell with soo many people willing to take time out of their play and just help out with anything. I appreciate and enjoy being with every single person I've met in the LS so far. :)

We are a very lucky LS currently. Just thought it would be nice to let all members know that they are appreciated and to keep up the good work! This is one of the reason we are growing slowly as we want to give time to let the members learn to work together and make new friends. As leaders Xenus and I (along with the other leaders) want to know our ls members as people not just names. This isn't about winning the most members in a ls award or beating everything that SE throws at us. This is about having fun, making friends, working together and becoming the best LS community that we can personally be. When we stumble we help each other back up. :) Thanks Maxi, it is nice to see that our LS members are enjoying the LS as much as we are.

You are doing a great job Brie. Social Get Together is what a Linkshell community should be, members helping members and no drama. Friendly, polite, and considerate of others.

Yes I'm happy to be a part of this Linkshell, I remember when I saw Brie shouting about joining the LS in Ul'dah I had just started the game 1hr ago and took me like 5mins to figure out how to reply and ask for a LS pearl haha, great job LS leaders!

yeah i would have say everyone in the ls are great ppl and ppl willing to help, sometime offering to help is the biggest help u can every do ^^;. sometime we can get out of hand on ls chats but we never wanna offend ppl. But then again ls cant be an ls without ppl.

People will always offend others in some manner without meaning to. It becomes even more common online when you cannot see body language or hear the tone of voice. We all come from different cultures and have different values. What offends me might not offend you and visa versa. It is understanding we offened them and attempt to refrain from doing it again to the best of our ability. Having said that, we are all human and sometimes just get lost in the moment or we do not think that what we are saying is offensive. Moreover, daily habbits are hard to change so it is easy to slip up. Those who can get easily offended by what people say (like me) need to keep in mind that most likely those people are not trying to offend them and will stop if asked. The neat thing I have seen in this LS is when someone says to tone it down we all act like adults and say we are sorry and guide our tounges and those who were offended drop it and all is well. Or even better we catch ourselves right after we say it and appologize without anyone saying anything. Not only that, but all LS members contribute to helping guide each other to consider others feelings. I have been in several linkshells and heard of others where you are scolded or made fun of for expressing that you are uneasy with the ls chat and normaly results in good people leaving the ls. So for this I am thankful that we all try our best and think of others by being respectful. That is another postive about our LS! :)
