Nice video. It looks like for the Princess, they pulled her to a corner (probably a specific one to avoid the sand blasts), and just had the mages use their aoe spells to deal with the smaller ants as they rushed to her aid; kinda like the BLM AF body fight but with fire ^.^ . It looks like an off tank (maybe two) held the larger ants in the mean time in the area. And I guess the THM changed to a DRG to focus damage on the Princess herself.

The second boss fight, with the Chimera, looked interesting. Not quite sure how melee friendly it is (save for the tank) as all of their DD were nukers. Though with the ants spawning when the boss hit 2/3 HP, the aoe spells were very helpful. And with the large sand blasts that occur after the ant waves, the melees would have to keep on their toes.

Well, I'm ready to give it another try.

Hmmm, looks like before we could try it, they changed the Chimera fight.

One positive new piece of information from the forums, if we can incapacitate the tail, it seems like it will make the lives of the melees (and healers) easier.

Going by the patch notes, if we go that route, we will need either a MRD/WAR and/or a MNK.

Special (Rear):
MRD - Maim
MNK - Dragon Kick

If I read it correctly, the two weaponskills above should work.
