Hello SGT members I hope you are all enjoying the game! I just wanted to bring up that a few members have quit the LS/FC and a few more are thinking about it because they feel there are cliques and such going on as well as elitists within SGT and that they are being excluded. The problem is that members tell leaders this and then don't say who it is as they do not want to cause a problem. If it is bothering you we need to know what is going on as we need to fix it and cannot do so if we do not know who you are talking about. So the best we as leaders can do is try to address it in a post such as this. Being that I do not know if people are outright ignoring members or members just feel left out, I will just hit some main points for both scenarios.

* If you need help on a dungeon please post it on the schedule and we will try to help out as much as possible. If you only give a day or two notice prior to the event then do not expect it to be full as we need at least 3-4 days to sign up for it as we do not all check the site every day and you will not be very successful in setting up an event. Also, announce it a few times in game on both chats.

* Those who are not in our FC are most likely helping their FC and will only join if they see an event they want. We have a few LS members that do participate with SGT even though they are in other FC and we thank them for that. Again, active members come first!

* If you have a party going with an open spot and a member asks to join or you notice they need a party please send them an invite. It won't kill you to play with someone a few times here and there. Those who are asking to join groups please understand we have many couples and real life friends in SGT and here and there they like to just have time to just chill and hang out so they might not always feel like grouping all of the time.

* Please DO NOT make groups via tells as that is not giving people a chance to join you. It is fine if you have a group you enjoy leveling with and we encourage it, but please be mindful of others in SGT and that no one likes to play alone.

* If you are a complete pain to be around you will not have many friends. Meaning if you complain all the time or decide you know better than everyone else you will be very lonely. If you are an elitist and refuse to take members with you or are using SGT members please leave. If you find someone like this in SGT please tell a leader.

* We all have real lives and some cannot commit as much time to the game as others can. Take me for example, I have been busy with work and I got locked out for over a week. I have all 50's from 1.0 and Acranist level 17 currently. I have no level 50 job quests done and I have not made it much further in the storyline than the Grand Company part, plus I don't have even half the places to teleport to. So when SGT members ask for help I am very limited with how I can help. When I am on, I am trying to level up or do quests so that I can join SGT in End Game content in the near future.

*SGT loves helping members, but the short time I have been on there have been several random shouts for things almost at the same time that would be better suited for the schedule. Keep in mind other members might be in the middle of something, not have the time or just don't feel like it at that time. Or they just helped other members and just want a break to do their thing.

Just some things to keep in mind while in game. Please ask any questions that you have and we will try to help you the best we can. This forum is not for accusations or to rant on. It is to better help solve the problem at hand with constructive responses.
