I found an interesting guide that states you can follow it to HQ anything, even 2 star recipes. If anyone else has caught the crafting bug, they may find it useful.

It looks like I will change my crafting leveling plans a bit. I was going to forgo cooking for a while, a very long while, but it suddenly gets to go next, at least until level 15. Cooking is actually my only class still at level 0 from 1.0.
