You may get a faded page from doing the invasions outside the cities. If you do, you turn it into Urianger for an achievement on the Lodestone.

Also, by completing the invasion for each city you receive an achievement which is not on your list, but will show up on the Lodestone. (if it is on my list, I have not found it)
