As we are starting events we will be using this website to schedule and sign up. This will require people to sign into the website. I am sorry if that is a hassle for members, but it keeps us all on the same page and allow all members to organize the ls better. All members can add and event, but only leaders can edit or delete things. The only dkp pool is for dungeons and that is set up the way we want you just need to add the event and members to it. If you are having problems shoot me a message and I will fix it asap.

Note- you must be signed into this page to use this.

ALL MEMBERS WANTING TO ATTEND AN EVENT AND WANT MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT GET LEFT OUT NEED TO FILL OUT THE FORM LINKED TO THIS SITE (on schedule tab). This will allow for a leader or other ls member to cover for someone and know who all is coming. This will also allow for you to skip a week while making it easy and quick to communicate to the LS. This will allow for our members to all have a chance to sign up and some might sign up week to week for events to help out if low numbers. It also will let members go week by week. Please try and sign up for events on website to make sure we know you are going to be there. Do not expect leaders to keep track of everything that is said to them - we are human we will forget something. If you do not sign up due to your schedule changes that is fine and we will try to work you in the best we can if we have spots.

Note: Nms and quests you do not need to sign up for, but by doing so it helps insure they know you want to attend so we do not do it earlier on you or we know to wait for you.

How does this work?
1. Be a member of this website.
2. Click schedule
3. Click on day you want to schedule or sign up for
4. If scheduling fill out information and add a little information explaining what you are doing and what jobs and levels are needed. If signing up then apply.
5. If you need to back out send a message to a leader, but try and get a replacement if you can and let a leader know and have them sign up on site. Let us know ASAP please.
6. Check the schedule to make sure the event is still a go!

I know this sounds picky, but please understand this allows the leaders to know if they need to help fill in or find other members. You may sign up for all events that are up and yes more than 8 are fine. Try to be signed up the day before the event if possible. We will cancle events by this method and members can use the site to let us know they are not coming.

I click on a day in the Schedule and it says i don't have permission
