Much as I love waterside views I'd rather jump off those cliffs than have to deal with the lousy aethernet system there. Unless they changed the listings in phase 4 on to say what those points ACTUALLY are instead of whatever ship or square name anyway.

You can enter the zone, but you can't do anything other than look. I think that's what Yoshi said. Forums are down so can't check official wording
