I found a nice thread in the general forums (they do exist) that provides a very nice layout of XIV's endgame. The purpose is to give a overview of what to look for, such as item levels, which dungeons drop items of interest for endgamers, primal hard mode fights, etc. Although it does not give direct examples on how to clear instances, it does provide links to more specific guides when available.

For someone who hasn't started dungeons yet, let alone endgame in ARR, I think it gives a nice overview as to what to expect. And some of the brief comments give me hope that I'm not wasting time on DoL and DoH.
