Actually looking at some of the summaries, It seems is the only open one… But don't see anything about actually buying/building being available.

Well if nothing else, we'll get to see Limsa's real estate.

yes the housing and pvp won't happen till the next major patch. So we just get to look at for now…

ah true. ah I can imagine we get into pvp area then killed the moment we get in and we have to homepoint and start over again.
